Two Tutorials: Tennis Ball Picture Holder & Dish Set
A (very) long fourth dimension ago, I played lawn tennis. I don't play anymore, but I still have balls lying around from way dorsum when. And then I idea I would put them to expert employ. I came up with 2 simple tutorial projects that cost next to nothing to brand. This first one is a one-step moving-picture show holder (above). All you lot will need is a tennis ball and something abrupt to cut with. I used a really sharp knife…a handsaw would piece of work great too.
Using a sharp knife or handsaw, cut a slit in the tennis ball that extends roughly a third of the way downwardly the ball. And then stick your favorite photo in the slit and enjoy! Tip: If the ball is rolling around at all, put some pennies or pebbles in the within to weight it down. This will prevent rolling.
And the second project is merely as simple. You volition over again need 1 lawn tennis brawl and a sharp knife, but this time you will cut the lawn tennis ball completely in half. Like this…
At present you have two petty dishes for small odds and ends. This is perfect for office supplies. I utilize it for my collection of erasers.
By the style the tiny prints I used for the holder are from Ez of Wren and Chickadee and the See America print is from Amy of Aqua Velvet.
